The Position:
We are looking for people who are hungry and coachable. People who are competitive and self-motivated with reliable transportation, internet and computer or tablet. New employees typically earn between $150,000 and $250,000 in their first year. Our experienced Brokers/Consultants can expect to earn $500,000+
Responsibilities:
- Help people save money by owning their power, instead of renting it from utility
- Generate and set appointments from referrals, hybrid door to door, social media marketing
- Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices
- Become an expert who understands how the utility rate plans work and how to best save families money with clean energy
- Adhere to our high ethical standards of service to our customers, our community and each other
