In this role, you'll:

  • Lead the design of complex integration solutions leveraging APIs, service orchestration, event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, microservices, and cloud-native services to deliver business outcomes.
  • Partner with product, delivery, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into pragmatic architecture roadmaps and solution designs.
  • Contribute into integration architecture strategies, patterns, and standards that enable scalable, secure, and future-ready digital solutions across the enterprise.
  • Contribute into continuous improvement of integration capabilities by identifying modernisation opportunities, reducing technical debt, and optimising platform performance and reliability.

The team also comes together in person for activities such as branch all-in days, training sessions, planning workshops and collaborative work.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale integration solution designs within complex or highly regulated environments.
  • Strong expertise in modern integration technologies and patterns, including API management, managed file transfer, event streaming, service bus, message brokers, microservices, service mesh, and data integration solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence business and technical audiences and build trusted partnerships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure integration services including APIM, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Event Hub, Event Grid, Data Factory, and Managed File Transfer solutions is desirable.
