Join our Card Issuing Solution Management team as a Senior Solution Manager, and play a pivotal role in driving our card issuing solutions and architecture strategy! As a Solution Manager, you will be a key leader in the Core Foundation & Integration department, shaping the E2E solution approach for our issuing platforms. You will not only design solutions - you will define the architectural vision, lead the teams that build them, and drive alignment across business, product and technology stakeholders at division level. This role is about leadership and impact: leading the architecture definition, mentoring Solution Managers and Business Analysts, managing risks at platform level, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of scalability, security and performance. - Define and drive the E2E solution and architecture strategy for card issuing platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the product roadmap.Lead the translation of complex business requirements into functional specifications and architecture deliverables, at division and platform level.Lead, mentor and develop Solution Managers and Business Analysts, building a high-performing solution management capability within the team.Own problem-solving and risk management at solution level: anticipate potential risks on card issuing platforms and define mitigation strategies in coordination with architecture and operations stakeholders.Represent Solution Management in senior stakeholder forums: present solution proposals, drive decision-making, and act as the trusted bridge between executive business stakeholders and technical teams.Provide expert technical guidance to Product Owners and development teams in our Agile at Scale / DevOps organization, ensuring solutions meet both business requirements and technical standards.Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory evolutions to identify strategic opportunities for innovation, and contribute actively to product strategy and roadmap development.Contribute to resource planning and capacity management for the solution management scope.

- A strong background in Information Systems, with the ability to operate at architecture and management level.Extensive and validated expertise in Requirements Engineering, Information Analysis and Functional Design, including complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Deep knowledge of the card issuing domain and issuing processing platforms (card lifecycle, authorization, clearing & settlement, payment schemes - EMV, tokenization, digital issuance are strong assets).Demonstrated leadership: ability to lead, mentor and develop teams, and to drive alignment across multiple units, divisions and geographies.Extensive experience in the financial sector, with a proven track record in banking systems and payment solutions.Proven track record in technical architecture definition and the organizational influence to lead architecture decisions at platform level.Ability to transform offer or project requirements into simple, comprehensive and well-thought strategic approaches, and to cascade architecture directives into clear deliverables enabling teams to operate autonomously.Strong knowledge of architecture & risk management in financial technology environments, including security, compliance and scalability constraints.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with fluency in English, both spoken and written.7–10 years of working experience in IT roles within the banking or payment processing industry, including several years in a lead or managerial capacity.
