The RoleThis founding role will define how we deliver our AI coaching platform across the enterprise, driving organizational change that will touch millions of end users. You'll be the architect of how Nadia, our AI coach, adapts to each company - customizing landing pages, coaching flows, response patterns, and specialized features. You'll drive:
Enterprise AI Transformation: Lead Fortune 500 deployments that shape how work gets done at scale.Cross-Industry Innovation: Partner with leaders in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and technology to set new standards for AI in each vertical.Strategic Advisory: Partner with C-level executives, influencing their AI transformation strategies and organizational design.
At the intersection of technical implementation and client strategy, you’ll ensure every user experience feels native to its company culture. You’ll gain direct exposure to the most advanced enterprise AI implementations and access to technologies before public release.
This role demands equal parts execution and innovation. You’ll build our customization playbook from the ground up — working with Customer Success to run technical discovery, gather requirements (from leadership frameworks to performance processes), and implement solutions through prompt engineering and variable configuration. More than delivering features, you’ll guide clients toward scalable solutions and lay the foundation for enterprise-grade AI coaching.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end customization strategy and implementation process for Fortune 500 enterprise clients across multiple industries
- Enable enterprise-scale AI adoption through sophisticated implementations affecting thousands of employees per deployment
- Design and implement scalable solutions for client-specific customizations across prompts, variables, landing pages, and specialized coaching flows using frontier AI technologies
- Rapidly develop specialized expertise in generative AI, large language models, and enterprise ML operations through hands-on implementation
- Partner with Engineering and Customer Success to develop systematic approaches that balance client needs with platform scalability while building cutting-edge AI implementation skills
- Lead technical discovery and implementation meetings with Fortune 500 clients, pushing back when needed and guiding them toward optimal solutions
- Work with C-level executives and technology leaders across diverse industries, building professional networks while understanding enterprise AI governance frameworks
- Develop and maintain the playbook for new client launches, including standardized processes for gathering requirements, implementing customizations, and testing
- Work cross-functionally to ensure customizations drive both buyer satisfaction and user engagement
- Identify patterns across client needs to inform product development, directly influencing how enterprise AI coaching capabilities evolve
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in consulting and/or similar client-facing technical roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies with passion for AI/ML and its enterprise applications
- Outstanding communication skills, including active listening, and ability to build trust with enterprise stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience translating complex client requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience working with APIs, preferably with exposure to LLMs or AI systems
- Track record of developing scalable processes and documentation
- Startup experience preferred with proven comfort navigating ambiguity and high-velocity execution
- Curiosity about diverse industry challenges and ability to understand varied organizational contexts
