Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Associate or Mid-Level) (Level 2 or 3) to join our Secondary Structures Sourcing team in Everett, Washington!
The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.
This role requires a keen attention to detail. The individual selected will be responsible for carefully monitoring and measuring supplier performance while clearly communicating performance expectations.

Position Responsibilities:
Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions- . Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
- . Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
- . Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
- . Develops and manages requests for proposals, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
- . Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
- . Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
- . Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
- . Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- s 1+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processe
- s 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Wor
- d Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, programs, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 2 $68,500 - $80,000.
Level 3 $85,000 - $98,500.
