Summary
We are seeking a Spa Attendant to join our team at Nicholas Sebastian Salon Spa. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients while assisting with various tasks that enhance their spa experience. Your contributions will help us maintain our high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area, including treatment rooms and relaxation spaces.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure all areas are fully equipped for services.
- Assist therapists with product demonstrations and upselling services to clients.
- Support retail sales by promoting products that complement the spa experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in customer service or retail sales preferred.
