Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Manage day-to-day activities and ensure adherence to Massage Envy standards.
- Schedule staff for optimal coverage and efficiency.
Customer Service:
- Ensure outstanding client experiences and resolve concerns professionally.
- Drive member satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive work culture.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgets, analyze reports, and drive revenue growth.
- Manage inventory and cost controls.
Sales & Marketing:
- Execute sales strategies and promotions.
- Monitor performance and engage with the local community to build brand visibility.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience in service industries; spa or wellness preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Financial acumen and proficiency with business software.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

- Starting salary: $50,000 annually
