The Role

Mandara Spa at Atlantis is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and help drive retail and service performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone looking to grow a career in luxury spa and hospitality management.

What You'll Do

• Support daily spa operations and guest flow
• Lead and coach front desk and retail teams
• Deliver service excellence and high guest satisfaction
• Support retail sales, inventory management, and POS operations
• Use POS systems (Book4Time preferred)
• Partner with the Spa Director to meet operational goals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, spa, or retail
• POS system experience (required)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• A guest-focused, reliable, and professional approach
• Spa or wellness experience (preferred)
