Job Description and Responsibilities
These are a part-time, on-site roles as Special Education Paras located in Bailey, CO.
The paraprofessional will be responsible for providing support to students with disabilities in a school setting.
- Start date August 2025
- 4-6 hours per day M-F (e.g. 8:00 - 12:00 or 9:00 - 3:00)
- Contract for 2025-2026 school year
- Special education para for 1 middle school student.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in a school setting preferred
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications

Physical Requirements
If applicable, working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities.
