Our thriving orthopedic medical practice is seeking a highly organized and financially savvy Practice Manager/Controller to oversee operations, manage accounting, and keep our business running smoothly. This role is perfect for a numbers-driven leader who thrives in healthcare settings.
What You’ll Do
- Financial Leadership: Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting using QuickBooks.
- Practice Operations: Manage supplies for multiple locations, scheduling, vendor relationships, and process improvements.
- Revenue Oversight: Monitor billing, collections, payroll and cash flow.
- Compliance & Policies: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations and internal controls.
- Strategic Support: Work closely with physicians and leadership to meet business goals.
What You Bring
- Medical Practice Experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and GAAP accounting principles.
- Background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
