We are building upon our leading US sports brand to grow our Sportsbook Operations group! Join our team as a Sportsbook Promotions Associate, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. We’re looking for an analytical thinker with proven skills working across customer experience and marketing. You'll be a confident team player and someone who can quickly learn the Sportsbook tooling & promotional processes.
Job Summary:
As a Promotions Associate at our Sportsbook, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and analyzing promotional campaigns across our Sportsbook product. You’ll collaborate with sport owners, marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver compelling, compliant, and impactful promotions that drive user engagement, retention, and brand loyalty.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the setup, QA, and execution of daily, weekly, and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Customer Experience to ensure smooth execution of promotions.
- Use internal tools to manage promotion configuration, segmentation, and targeting.
- Monitor promotions for accuracy and performance; identify and resolve issues in real time.
- Analyze promotion performance and user behavior data to recommend improvements.
- Track and report on competitor promotions and industry trends.
- Ensure all promotional content is clear, accurate, and aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital promotions, or online gaming (sports betting or iGaming preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with internal tools, JIRA, or content management systems (CMS).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or data dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Eppo).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays during major sporting events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance in the U.S. market.
- Passion for sports or online gaming.
- Experience in a high-growth or start-up environment.
