Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide clients with the proper tree and landscape information to care for their property.
- Administrative skills such as record keeping, inventories, and report writing.
- Perform required functions of the integrated pest management program, including plant inspections, sampling, treatments, and equipment maintenance.
- Effectively operate, calibrate, and maintain fertilization and injection equipment.
- Monitor and document cultural conditions affecting tree health.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat insects & diseases on trees and shrubs.
Work Schedule:
- Full time, OT if desired.
- Monday to Friday.
- Potential Saturdays when making up for inclement weather and during busy seasons.
Qualifications and Experience
- Ability to identify trees, shrubs, and the common pests and diseases affecting them.
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Landscape Architecture, and Environmental Sciences is helpful, but not necessary.
- Two years’ field experience required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- PA Applicators License - will train and assist in the process.
- ISA Certified Arborist - will train and assist in the process.

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
