Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Assistant to join our team. The Staff Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office while cross training for several positions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents and daily data entry. Canidate will cross train other positions to help as needed/when needed.
- Assist with project coordination as needed
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel a must)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
