QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current MN RN, LPN, or CMA licensure
- Previous clinic experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills with electronic health record experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Room and assess patients, anticipating appropriate preparation of the patient for the physician visit.
- Assist the physician with procedures, treatments and charting as necessary.
- Document vitals, medications, minor surgeries and procedures as well as essential notes in the patient's medical record according to clinic policy.
- Facilitate communication between patient and physician and provide general clinic information in a professional manner.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills in order to positively impact the experience of care for our patients, their families and other service partners.
