Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient scheduling for homecare services.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers regarding appointments.
- Provide administrative support in a medical office setting, including front desk duties.
- Utilize phone systems and computer software to manage scheduling efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical administrative support or scheduling roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
