Job description
Quelles sont vos contributions envers l’équipe?
- Gérer des projets de courte et/ou moyenne durée et suivre leur avancement;
- Participer à l'analyse des données des non-qualités et proposer des mesures correctives si nécessaire;
- Collaborer avec le personnel de l’assemblage pour améliorer l'efficacité des processus;
- Résolution de problème de gestion technique à partir de système informatique;
- Identifier les besoins et optimiser la production. Éliminer les non-valeurs ajoutées;
- Analyse des mesures de performances des systèmes de production;
- Supporter les leaders de l’assemblage dans leurs activités quotidiennes;
- Participer au développement et à l’optimisation des processus et des outils de production;
- Auditer certains processus pour valider leur bon fonctionnement et fournir certaines recommandations;
- Siéger et participer aux différents comités exécutifs de l’organisation sur une base périodique.
Comment vous épanouir dans ce rôle?
- Étudiant universitaire dans la discipline relié à la spécialité visée ou équivalent.
- Le candidat doit posséder un très bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse avec une vision d’ensemble afin de pouvoir mesurer l’impact et les enjeux de chaque décision stratégique.
- Le candidat travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les autres agents : méthodes, production ingénierie, achat, outillage, logistiques…
- Le candidat possèdera des connaissances en gestion de projets et aura des aptitudes à travailler avec Microsoft Office.
- Le candidat aura de bonnes habiletés de communications interpersonnelles
