Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Stainless Steel Polisher to join our Field Crew. If you take pride in producing high-quality work and are open to traveling across the U.S., this is a great opportunity. You’ll have the chance to work with some of the largest companies in the industry and contribute to the construction of new food and dairy process plants.
What you will do:
- Polish, grind, and finish stainless steel tanks, silos, sheet, tube, and pipe to a high-quality standard.
- Work safely in tight spaces and at heights when required.
- Use hand and power tools to clean welds and repair surface imperfections.
- Inspect and verify finished surfaces using RA measurements and quality standards.
- Assist with TIG welding and general fabrication tasks.
- Travel for field-based work across the U.S.
What we are looking for:
- Dependable and proactive on engineering/construction sites.
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Capable of following instructions and solving on-site problems.
- Comfortable using personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and hearing protection.
- Physically fit: able to lift 50 lbs, crouch, climb, and work in confined spaces.
- Good eyesight and hearing.
- Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.

- Reports to Field Welding Supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with stainless steel polishing and fabrication preferred
