We are looking for a skilled Stainless Steel TIG Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in precision work, has experience with stainless steel fabrication, and can meet the high standards required for food and pharmaceutical industries.
Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components and assemblies.
- Fabricate conveyors, processing equipment, and custom projects.
- Read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints.
- Cut, grind, polish, and finish stainless steel to sanitary standards.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety in all fabrication tasks.
- Collaborate with the shop team to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of stainless steel TIG welding experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with polishing and sanitary welding practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable and able to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Experience (a plus):
- Conveyor or processing equipment fabrication.
- Food-grade or pharmaceutical equipment welding.
- Forklift or shop equipment certification.
- Press Break operation
