Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, food items, and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, including seasonal specials and new products.
- Engage with customers to promote sales and enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
