Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. Duties
- Supervise and lead regional teams to achieve operational excellence and meet organisational goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage team dynamics, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
- Gather requirements effectively to ensure projects align with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Utilise ERP systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity across the region.
- Oversee cost control measures to optimise resource allocation and maximise profitability.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills to motivate teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, providing updates on project progress and regional performance.
- Employ project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Jira to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables efficiently.
- Maintain organisational skills to juggle multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Document processes and share knowledge using platforms like Confluence, SharePoint, or ServiceNow.
- Analyse data trends using tools such as SAS or Smartsheet to inform decision-making processes.
- Prepare presentations that effectively communicate project outcomes and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
- Engage in product management activities, ensuring alignment between product development and market needs.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a similar role is essential.
- Strong root cause analysis capabilities for problem-solving initiatives.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse groups.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques for successful project execution.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous for operational efficiency.
