Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work surfaces.
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines and perform hand-washing as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of floors, walls, and workstations throughout each shift.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks and help organize kitchen tools and supplies.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines consistently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen, food service, or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or high-volume kitchen environments is an asset.
