Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and the store remains clean and organized. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities
- Unload deliveries and accurately stock shelves with merchandise.
- Organize products in a neat, clean, and accessible manner according to store standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking fast-selling items.
- Maintain clean and clutter-free stock areas and aisles.
- Ensure products are properly labeled and rotated to maintain freshness and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory counts and tagging as needed.
- Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks or carts; forklift experience is a plus.
- Provide support to customers when needed, such as helping locate items.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and managers to ensure daily stocking tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail stocking or warehouse environments is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 35 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capable of working on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of store layout and inventory practices.
- Forklift certification or experience is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse community.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
