Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate with customers and vendors professionally.
- Operate cash register systems accurately during transactions and maintain financial records.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills in inventory management and customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to buy necessary supplies and equipment for storage operations.
- Utilize math skills for inventory calculations, budgeting, and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized storage environment.
Experience
Candidates should possess a background in storage management or a related field, with experience in the following areas being advantageous:
- Storage Inventory control techniques and best practices.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service experience.
- Familiarity with cash register operations.
- Skills in interviewing potential employees effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
