What You Need:
• Prior tire sales experience a plus
• 6 -10 years previous managerial experience
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license:
• Clean 3-yr MVR with no DUIs

• Build and grow relationships at all levels
• Manage overall store performance
• Maximize sales growth and profitability
• Establish, communicate, and maintain sales & service objectives
• Ensure execution of customer service standards
• Enforce all company-issued policies & procedures
• Monitor operations for proper corporate image
• Monitor shop productivity, workflow, and procedures
• Emphasize efficiency, effectiveness, & safety

• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, safety, environmental codes, & laws
• Protect company assets (inventory, accounts, equip & real estate)
• Lead, direct, and instruct team members
• Assign and supervise duties, tasks, and responsibilities
• Lead company culture through reward, motivation, counseling, and discipline
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop your team for success
• Ensure proper daily operations; invoicing, bank deposits, clean-up, restocking, & store displays
• Ensure weekly operations; shift scheduling, timecard review/approval, p-card statement
• Ensure monthly operations; performance reports, employee & manager safety meetings
• Perform physical requirements as listed in the job description
• Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management
