Your Responsibilities:
- Lead with Purpose: Provide clear, actionable guidance and training to your team, setting them up for success in both sales and customer service.
- Ownership of Operations: Be the go-to person for all store operations. Manage everything from employee performance to ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive Sales Growth: Research, plan, and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase store performance and meet corporate goals.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards while continuously seeking ways to improve store processes.
- Recruitment & Team Building: Hire, train, and develop top-tier talent that reflects our values and delivers exceptional service.
- Continuous Training: Stay ahead of the curve by providing ongoing training and development for your team to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident.
- Leadership: Lead with integrity, fairness, and consistency, motivating your team to meet objectives and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Available for Support: Be accessible by phone during store hours and up to one hour after closing for any operational needs.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that your store maintains high customer service standards that align with corporate expectations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Education & Experience: High School/GED required; a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Printing Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in business management, retail sales, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and coaching skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create and assess reports and sales statistics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
- Good math skills, including the ability to analyze financial data and reports.
Additional Requirements:
- Must complete Certified Operator and Print training within 90 days of assuming the position.
- Must be able to qualify for, acquire, and maintain a Notary License.
- Must pass all required background checks with no history of disqualifying criminal convictions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, twist, kneel, and perform other physical tasks associated with daily activities.
Working Conditions:
- Office / Retail environment
- Flexibility in work schedule, with evening, weekend, or nontraditional hours required.
