We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our health store operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash register functions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and drive sales.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met while controlling costs.
- Maintain an organized store layout that enhances the shopping experience for customers.
- Train staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen, natural health store or retail management role is preferred.
- Strong social media skills to keep our customers up to date with daily and weekly specials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in budgeting and basic math skills for financial reporting.
- Experience with cash register operations and handling transactions accurately.
