The Role
We are looking for a driven and empathetic individual to join us as a Strategic Partnerships Lead, reporting to our Head of Strategic Partnerships. This is an in-person role based in San Francisco with the expectation of 4-days in office.
In this role, your north-star goal is to spread our mission far-and-wide to help families get access to care through building meaningful partnerships with health systems, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations. You’ll design and operationalize the partnership funnel, analyze and monitor metrics, and manage relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a scalable partnership strategy, from outreach through launch, with health systems, providers, insurers, and community organizations.
- Build and optimize the end-to-end partnership funnel, managing prospect qualification, negotiation, contracting, and go-live. manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners and achieve quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with regional General Managers to develop and execute territory plans focused on key accounts, consultants, and health plans.
- Communicate Abby Care’s value proposition clearly and effectively, identifying partner’s pain points and building credibility within organizations.
- Oversee partner onboarding and relationship management to ensure strategic alignment, mutual value, and ongoing performance improvement.
The Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales at a fast-growing startup or management consulting. Bonus points if you have experience in healthcare
- Strong analytical skills, with experience defining and tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and translating insights into action
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies with third-party partners to drive revenue and customer engagement
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for execution
- Ability to work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders

- This is a commission based position with an OTE compensation range of $120,000 - $290,000.
