POSITION: Strength & Conditioning Coach
STARTING DATE: 2025-2026 School Year
DURATION: Fall Sports Season
RESPONSIBILITIES: Designing and implementing safe S&C programs for student-athletes.
Teach proper lifting technique in a safe environment.
Supervise and motivate athletes to reach fitness and performance goals.
Communicate with team coaches about sport-specific needs.
Monitor athlete progress.
Maintain weight room and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS: CPR/Firs Aid/AED certification
USAW, NSCA-CSCS or nationally recognized S&C cert (preferred)
Prior coaching or weight training experience strongly encouraged.
Must have knowledge of activity, and ability to work with young people.
RENUMERATION: Proper placement on coaches' salary schedule.
