The Role:
Reporting to Suites Supervisor and Management, a Suites In-Seat Server is responsible for taking beverage orders from guests and ensuring food stations are maintained and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Event Days:
- Set up and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
- Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail to exceed their expectations.
- Serve soda, water, wine, draft beer, and canned beer from bar areas.
- Communicate beverage orders to Bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Work with fellow servers to clear/clean tables and maintain food stations.
- Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience working with a POS system.
- Customer service and fast-paced problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively independently and/or in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Punctuality and dependability.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations.
- Excellent personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability on 1-2 weekdays for Suite setup preferred.
- Must complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training
