Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a summer Cleaner to join our team from July to September, with the potential of part time work in the future. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various apartment units and complexes . Pay Rate:
$16/hr M-F
$16.50/hr Sat-Sun
Schedule Type:
Monday- Thursday 8a-4p
Friday-Sunday 9a-5p
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Deep and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Remove all trash from units
- Get apartment units ready for new tenants
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or requests
-Able to quickly and efficiently clean units according to daily schedule, meet your daily quota within your shift
Qualifications (preferred):
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Must be able to work alone or with a partner
Please note that this position may require occasional evening or weekend shifts based on client needs. Any weekend shift of 4 hours or more will have a premium.
