Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations
- Lead employees at location(s) on multiple shifts
- Provide leadership and communication across teams
- Monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Support training, safety, and team goals
- Collaborate with multiple leadership teams to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting
- Be a superstar in communication to your team, leadership, and customers
- Ability to lead, manage, coach, and train associates into a unified power-team
- Ability to travel within a 1 hour radius of Montgomery
