As we scale our supplement line, we’ve launched a new in-house production facility to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Supplement Production Specialist to lead our bottling, encapsulation, and packaging processes with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain supplement manufacturing equipment, including bottling, capping, sealing, and labeling machines
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and safety
- Manage raw material preparation, mixing, and blending according to batch specifications
- Accurately weigh, measure, and handle ingredients and finished products
- Conduct in-process quality checks to confirm labeling, fill weights, and lot tracking
- Maintain production logs, batch records, and cleanliness of the facility
- Collaborate with operations and inventory teams to manage production schedules and stock levels
- Assist with equipment calibration, cleaning, and preventative maintenance
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues quickly and effectively
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in supplement, pharmaceutical, or food-grade manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and FDA guidelines for dietary supplements
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with automated machinery
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with capsule filling or powder-to-liquid conversion
- Warehouse operations experience
- HACCP or food safety certification

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
