- Assesses supplier performance by performing analytical analysis. Reports and communicates analysis findings with recommendations for improvement
- Establishes regular contact mechanisms with current suppliers and potential new suppliers regarding projects, self-assessments, qualifications, and supplier on-site audit planning
- Responsible for assessing potential new suppliers and making recommendations based on thorough vetting processes
- Responsible for issuing supplier level corrective actions (SCARs) and assisting suppliers in implementing the corrective actions
- Responsible for monitoring SCARs to ensure response and effectiveness
- Acts as the representative for quality during new product development and supplier transition projects
- Responsible for identifying PPAP levels and PPAP approval
- Responsible for managing multiple projects ensuring project milestones are achieved
- Supplier Change Request engagement as required to support supplier changes
- Other duties as required
- Some travel may be required up to 15% domestic and international

- Bachelor Degree in engineering or related technical field
- 3+ Years of related experience or training
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- 5+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or HVAC
- Professional certifications such as ASQ, Six Sigma or similar
