Job Title: Supplier Representative
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Supplier Representative to join our team. The Supplier Representative plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the timely delivery of quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Visit Plant Assembly Line daily to obtain any Quality or Assembly Issues related. Provide the team brief report of each visit daily.
Meeting with Plant Assembly Operators, Supervisors, Plant Quality Engineers, Plant Quality Managers and Plant Managers etc regularly and maintain good relationship
Conduct quality inspections of products and ensure the quality of products and services provided by suppliers meets our company's standards.
Coordinate and manage orders, shipments, and deliveries from suppliers.
Receive shipments and monitor inventory.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in supplier relationship management, quality inspection or a similar role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong ethics and integrity in all supplier dealings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
