- This is a remote position, however, it will require the candidate to work 8am - 5pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Support outreach efforts to students scheduled to return to campus, including re-enrollment and re-enroll-to-show initiatives.
- Collaborate with campus teams to identify and resolve scheduling challenges, and advise students on available options.
- Monitor scheduling processes and flag issues such as unscheduled or rescheduling-needed students.
- Ensure all returning students are fully scheduled by established course start deadlines.
- Manage the Adobe Sign re-enrollment certification process across campuses as needed.
- Provide general support for student services tasks at both the division office and campus levels
- High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in education field preferred but not required
- Ability to advise and guide adult students in academic and life-skill matters
- Computer skills required (i.e., Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
