Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Executing field and office work, preparing surveying plans, ROW plans, stakeouts, easements, among others.
- Prepare proposals, manage clients (internal and external) and continuously monitoring team performance and finance KPI.
- Evaluation of equipment and coordination for maintenance and equipment acquisition.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying and Topography
- 5 or more years of experience in surveying
- Professional Land Surveyor License
- Surveyor with experience in transportation/highway construction projects in Puerto Rico.
- Familiarized with the PRHTA requirements for surveying and for preparing land acquisition plans (per Design Directives).
