As our Sushi Chef, you will:

- Ensure premium ingredient quality, impeccable knife skills, and top-tier hygiene standards.
- Deliver a memorable guest experience through visual artistry and culinary excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-end or upscale dining environment.
- Expertise in Japanese culinary techniques, especially in handling raw fish and preparing rice.
- Passion for clean, balanced flavors and seasonal, sustainable ingredients.
- A calm, professional presence and ability to thrive in a dynamic, opening-team setting.
