Job Summary
We are seeking Positive Energy and Motivated individual sushi chef helpers to join our JFE sushi team. Experience not limited- just some background in food preparation and an appreciation for the art of sushi making. Please reply a brief resume.
Responsibilities
- Create rich sushi boxes with various main ingredients and raw fish (for example, salmon, tuna, ebi)
- Make all types of sushi by Sushi Maker and Cutter Machines. Just need to do packaging (Putting wasabi, ginger and sauces)
- Manage food prep activities, like making rice, shredding cucumber
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations and clean your space at the end of the shifting
