Join urSwim’s award-winning team and teach swim lessons year-round in our 86° indoor pool. We’re looking for fun, safety-focused, and reliable swim instructors who want to make a difference in kids’ and adults’ lives.
Pay: $17 – $19.50/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Part-time or Full-time (minimum 12 hrs/week)
Location: Farmingville, NY
Available Shifts:
- Monday: 2:00 PM – 7:45 PM
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 7:45 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Your Role:
- Teach swimmers of all ages using urSwim’s proven curriculum
- Keep lessons safe, positive, and engaging
- Track swimmer progress and give feedback
- Maintain and store all equipment properly
- Report rescues, accidents, or equipment issues immediately
What We’re Looking For:
- Swim Instructor experience (required)
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
