Position Overview
The Private Wealth Systems Analyst will play a critical and highly visible role within this growing business line. The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of technological expertise and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple projects and business lines. This role will be hands-on in helping business users solve real-world problems, while also maintaining and documenting both new and existing technologies within operational systems. Example solutions may include—but are not limited to— development of business process automation, workflow automation, custom system integrations, and custom applications using low-code/no-code platforms. Additionally, this role may provide indirect support for the development and maintenance of Private Wealth analytical and reporting systems, including data pipelines and the Private Wealth data warehouse.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify technical requirements that support day-to-day operations within the Private Wealth business.
- Develop a working knowledge of Private Wealth operational workflows and how technology can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Assist in the documentation and analysis of current systems, processes, and their effectiveness across Private Wealth operations.
- Support the development and implementation of new process improvements, system automations, and technology integrations under the guidance of the Business Engineer.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing workflows and propose technology-driven solutions that promote operational scale and efficiency.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of key operational systems, automations, and internal tools.
- Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support the successful delivery of internal projects and solutions.
- Provide documentation, training, and user support for tools, automations, and systems developed or maintained within the scope of this role.
