Systems Analyst III
Position Summary:
This role involves leading complex business analysis efforts to modernize and enhance organizational systems. The Systems Analyst III functions as a senior member of the analysis team, bridging technical solutions and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business workflows, application functionality, and operational impacts.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical documentation and user-centric design specifications.
- Analyze “as-is” vs. “to-be” process states and propose optimization paths.
- Guide Agile development through consistent participation in planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead user acceptance testing initiatives and support test case documentation.
Experience Requirements:
- 8–10 years of progressive systems analysis experience.
- 4–6 years in Agile environments writing refined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Strong experience in UML, JAD sessions, activity diagrams, and business modeling.
- Familiarity with SQL and enterprise systems integration.
Soft Skills:
- High-level critical thinking and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Effective at coordinating diverse inputs to drive actionable outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $114,004.80 - $130,941.27 per year
