Welcome to Love's The Love's IT Workforce Technology team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, creating low-code applications, and administering enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis, experience with low-code platforms, and a proactive approach to application support and optimization.
Job Functions:
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
Design and implement low-code solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Administer and support enterprise applications, ensuring performance, security, and user satisfaction.
Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for new and existing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable systems.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative solution creation.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Support change management and adoption strategies for new tools and systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
3+ years of experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian).
Experience working with cross-functional teams: business analysts, various IT roles, business stakeholders and end-users
Experience with application administration and user technical support.
Experience with SaaS platforms, workflow automation tools, and enterprise reporting systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Experience designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Experience with system design, testing, and deployment.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate).
Knowledge of data structures, relationships, and how to query data (e.g., SQL basics).
Ability to connect apps to external services using REST APIs or built-in connectors.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
