Taco Del Gnar is a fast paced taco shop in Ridgway, Colorado. We pride our selves on unique fun flavored food served in an unpretentious environment where staff is encouraged to be their selves and add to the experience just by being them. We are currently looking to staff up for our busy season with some people.
Currently seeking the following positions ;
Line Cook, Fast paced, fun work building tacos and some expo.
Prep Cook- Knife skills pay bills, really face passed in the summer. We prep our menu almost daily with fresh ingredients. No bag in boil or pre cut stuff up in here.
Part Timer Cashier, Schedule to be determined. Take orders, provide a happy environment to guests and make drinks. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and assist with sales through effective upselling techniques.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to assist customers effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
