We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations by accurately bagging food orders, handling phone orders with professionalism, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized kitchen for seamless shift transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bag customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all items are included and packed properly for delivery or pickup.
- Answer and take phone orders clearly and courteously, confirming details and communicating them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Monitor and restock kitchen supplies, prep items, condiments, and packaging materials to ensure readiness for current and upcoming shifts.
- Communicate low-stock items to management and assist in maintaining inventory logs.
- Assist with light kitchen duties as needed to support the team during busy times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep, storage, and bagging areas.
- Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed.
