Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (Retail) with outstanding people skills to join our HR/People team. You will work closely with strategic business partners within our retail teams to gather hiring requirements, source and screen candidates, drive the interview process and close top talent. You value a well-structured process and enjoy working with a diverse team of interviewers to continuously monitor and improve decision making quality, and have a knack for closing candidates in a highly competitive environment. You must possess a passion for finding talent and have excellent customer service skills, good judgment, strong attention to detail and an outcome orientation. A day at Lakeshore looks like this:
- Source, recruit and hire top technical talent through a variety of advanced and innovative recruitment methods to meet the needs of our organization
- Develop strong candidate pipelines across a wide-ranging requisition load and yield results in a fast-paced setting
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers by providing excellent service, advice, direction and feedback throughout the complete selection process
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve quality, process, tools, and experience across all talent acquisition touchpoints
- Provide excellent candidate experience, superb customer service, and appropriate and timely responses
- Promote and support Lakeshore’s diversity efforts by ensuring an inclusive work environment and by recruiting candidates from diverse backgrounds
- Play an active role in recruitment and human resources related projects
- Represent Lakeshore for recruiting purposes at networking events
Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, retail recruiting experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience
- Experience using a variety of recruitment methods, such as LinkedIn and other social media platforms, to source qualified candidates and the ability to bring creative recruiting ideas to enhance our current recruiting efforts
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to engage candidates and act as a company ambassador—previous experience in sales highly desired
- Track record of success in building strong relationships and effectively communicates around highly personal topics such as motivation, compensation, career progression
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using an ATS
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through skills

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at a salary rate between $70,500-$90,000 depending on relevant experience & skillset.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
