- Experience working with talent agencies (especially child or young talent)
- Background in film production and post-production workflows
- Understanding of how to promote independent films or series (especially vertical or digital-first formats)
- Skills in sourcing and pitching to sponsors, partners, and media outlets
- Ability to write professional pitches, emails, and communication materials
- A strategic mind for distribution platforms, film festivals, streaming networks, and social media marketing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a clear promotion strategy for a children’s film/series
- Pitching to investors, distributors, and sponsors
- Crafting compelling presentation materials, emails, and partnership decks
- Supporting with film festival submissions, PR outreach, and platform negotiations
- Coordinating between creative, marketing, and production teams
- Bonus if you’ve worked with platforms like ReelShort, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or children’s media networks.
