More Than a Job: A Mission

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager in Telecommunication to lead the design, integration, and delivery of advanced communication systems for rail networks. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that every project milestone contributes to safer, smarter, and more connected mobility solutions.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Drive end-to-end project execution ensuring scalability and alignment with Alstom’s global standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve seamless collaboration and delivery.
  • Ensure system reliability through rigorous testing, validation, and risk management processes.
  • Foster innovation by integrating emerging telecom technologies such as LTE-R and 5G for rail applications.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across engineering and project management teams.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in telecom systems integration, specific to the rail industry
  • Experience with project management frameworks such as PMBOK or PRINCE2.
  • Strong understanding of signaling and communication interfaces in rail infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Knowledge of tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling and resource planning.

How Success Is Measured

  • On-time, on-budget delivery of telecom project milestones.
  • Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Reduction in system defects and improved operational efficiency.

Alstom, A Great Place to Grow

  • Work with cutting-edge rail communication technologies shaping the future of mobility.
  • Contribute to global projects with tangible local impact in Riyadh.
  • Access continuous learning and leadership development opportunities within a global network.

Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
