We are looking for a passionate Project Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in delivering complex rail systems. You will drive technical excellence, ensure seamless integration across subsystems, and collaborate with global experts to shape the next generation of sustainable mobility solutions.Your Role, Your Impact
- Lead the end-to-end engineering delivery of complex rail projects, ensuring scalability and compliance with system architecture standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, validation, and industrialization to align technical solutions with project milestones.
- Ensure reliability and safety through rigorous application of EN 50126/50128/50129 standards and RAMS methodologies.
- Foster innovation by integrating digital engineering tools such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and advanced simulation platforms.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across engineering disciplines through structured design reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in systems engineering and configuration management tools such as DOORS or Polarion.
- Strong understanding of signaling, traction, or rolling stock integration within large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical interfaces across suppliers and partners.
- Experience applying project governance frameworks like V-cycle or Agile for engineering delivery.
- Capability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering plans and deliverables.
