More Than a Job: A Mission

We are looking for a passionate Signalling Project Manager to lead the design, integration, and delivery of advanced signalling systems that define the future of safe and efficient mobility. As a senior leader, you will guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure that every milestone contributes to Alstom’s global mission of sustainable transport innovation.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Drive end-to-end project execution for signalling systems, ensuring scalability and compliance with international standards such as CENELEC EN 50126/8/9.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and customer teams to align technical solutions with operational needs and project goals.
  • Ensure reliability and safety of signalling subsystems through rigorous validation, verification, and risk management processes.
  • Foster innovation by integrating digital signalling technologies like CBTC and ETCS Level 2 into project delivery frameworks.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across global Alstom teams through structured lessons-learned sessions and technical workshops.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in signalling design and project lifecycle management using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of railway safety standards and system assurance methodologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex infrastructure or transportation projects.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver under tight regulatory and operational constraints.
  • Knowledge of modern signalling technologies including interlocking systems, CBTC, and ETCS architectures.

How Success Is Measured

  • On-time, on-budget delivery of signalling projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Reduction in system defects and improved operational efficiency through proactive risk management.

Alstom, A Great Place to Grow

  • Work with cutting-edge signalling technologies driving the next generation of mobility.
  • Contribute to projects that have a tangible global impact from our Riyadh hub.
  • Advance your career through continuous learning, leadership development, and international exposure.

Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

Important to note
