Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the needs of our organization. You will play a critical role in the talent acquisition process, ensuring that we build a strong workforce that aligns with our company culture and goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a solid understanding of employment labor laws and best practices in sourcing.
Duties
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms, including Salesforce and Taleo, to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications through interviews and assessments while ensuring compliance with employment labor laws.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide insights on market trends and candidate availability to inform recruitment strategies.
- Assist in employee evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or technical recruiting is preferred.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Paychex, Salesforce, or Taleo is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations governing recruitment practices.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure top talent while aligning with company policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in sourcing candidates.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
